Ahead of your scheduled PNC Asset Exchange demo, please provide your current "Strike Zone(s)" (buyer/seller preferences) to help our team tailor the presentation to your current strategic interests. We encourage you to enter multiple Strike Zones around specific interests within certain asset classes, geographies, etc. Most institutions have 2-3 strike zones for different strategic interests, i.e., 1) CRE participations, 2) C&I whole loans/originations, and/or 3) nationwide Consumer Pools.

A few additional tips to entering a successful preference:

  • Complete as many fields as possible - the more info provided the more targeted our discussion
  • Several fields default to having all fields auto-selected -  simply "uncheck" the fields that are not of interest/relevant
  • Please include relevant notes at the end that will help us better understand your needs - timing, industry go/no-go's, etc.
