PNC Asset Exchange | Becoming a Member

> Membership Process Overview
Joining the PNC Asset Exchange is simple... to activate your institution's membership and initiate the onboarding process, complete the "Membership Request" form (providing just your email, name, institution) and a Marketplace Participation Agreement (MPA) will be sent via email to you directly for review and completion.

Once the MPA has been completed, you will automatically receive user credentials and gain access to the Asset Exchange immediately -- and our Onboarding Team will reach out directly to schedule an introductory strategy call with you and your team.

During your review of the MPA, if you have any questions, or you require additional information / documentation to support your institution's internal vendor management process, please reach out to us directly: Contracts@PNCAssetExchange.com.

> Onboarding - What to Expect
Once you are registered, we will contact you to schedule a short 30-45 minute user training and onboarding discussion, led by the
FIG Advisory Whole Loan Desk team (bios below). During the call we will provide a deeper review of the platform functionality, ensure user setup/access, and demonstrate how to add/edit Preferences (Buyer Interest(s)), and enter New Deals for sale/participation (Seller Opportunities).

By the end of the onboarding, you and your team should be ready to actively access and utilize the Exchange!
