PNC Asset Exchange | Schedule Platform Onboarding
The 45 minute user training and onboarding discussion, led by the
FIG Advisory Whole Loan Desk (bios below) team, will provide a deeper review of the platform functionality, ensure user setup/access, and demonstrate how to add/edit Preferences (Buyer Interest(s)), and enter
New Deals for sale/participation (Seller Opportunities). 

Key Areas Highlighted:
The customized training will focus the specific activities most relevant to a Member's unique strategic interests - as a Buyer, Seller, or Both. 

• User Preferences. Posting new, customized user preferences to drive day one access to relevant deal flow and insights.
• For Sellers:
  New Deal Posting. For Sellers, walkthrough the process for submitting, activating, and then transacting on a new opportunity.
• For Buyers:
  Deal Interest. For Buyers, demonstrate how to indicate interest on a specific deal and the post-connection transaction process.

• Both:
  Activity Center. Learn how - as a Buyer or Seller - users can monitor activity on specific opportunities and how The Desk provides support
  at every step of the transaction process.
  
• Member Administration. Setting-up and activating user accounts.
